Frank Russo, Owner [Expert Witness, Certified Residential Appraiser & Broker]
Frank Russo is the Owner of Inclusive Real Estate. He is a Licensed California Certified Residential R.E. Appraiser, California Real Estate Broker, and has been actively appraising & brokering real property transactions for over 35 years. Frank’s expertise is in evaluating real property value, investments and negotiating the transactions between the parties. Frank has acted as a consultant for a multi-billion dollar real estate investment and management firm in the capacity of evaluating true tax value on multi-family properties located across 21 states. Being a licensed appraiser, who has performed thousands of residential appraisals over the past two decades, aids in the overall property evaluation process. In addition to his brokerage and appraisal experience, Frank has also developed single family homes, condominiums and converted apartment complexes into legal condominiums. He has been successful in assisting investors in the renovation and resale of hundreds of millions of dollars of residential realty in and around the Southern California area. Frank has also managed approximately 1,000 residential units in the Los Angeles area. Frank also holds a 7th Degree Black Belt in Karate and has resided with his family in Agoura Hills the past 27+ years.
